Mrs Sarah Parry

Mrs Sarah Parry joined the teaching staff at Llanishen High School in 1998 specialising in Religious Studies and Philosophy. She later took the reins as Headteacher in 2016 and has since led the school on a journey of improvement, championing an inclusive learning environment which is highlighted in her weekly headteacher’s blog.

Focusing on individual student success by personalising the learning experience, Mrs Parry has directed the school’s continuous investment in learning resources. With additions including a photography dark room and music studio, while also enhancing the school’s dedicated Autism Unit and Sixth Form block, Mrs Parry proactively caters to student needs. She continues to look to the future; identifying new opportunities to reach and engage with the students and community she serves.
